If you enjoy golf then you’re in luck. These suites are only a 10 minute drive to Brudenell and Dundarave and only 20 minutes to Crowbush Cove Golf Course.    Avondale Golf Course is 20 minutes away, while the two nine-hole courses, Eagles View and Belfast Highland Greens are only 30 minutes away.  There are many more golf courses to choose from that are a bit farther but worth the drive of 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Building History
Back in the 1950 -60’s this building was the Cardigan School House, where grades 1-9 were taught. The school house had five classrooms, as the community grew they had to covert the basement into another classroom. This school house operated into the late 60’s until a new school was built on the other side of the bridge, which still operates today.

In 1988 Lester and Martina MacDonald purchased the old school house and turned the class rooms into a 5 single unit apartment building. In 2008 the apartments were completely renovated and turned into the Cardigan Riverview Suites. These suites overlook the picturesque Cardigan Heritage River and within walking distance to all amenities that the village of Cardigan offer.
